Deployment, Changes & Cancellation

• Guard deployment timelines depend on site assessment and staff availability, and are confirmed in writing before a start date is fixed.
• Changes to headcount, shift timing or service category should be requested in advance so rosters can be adjusted.
• Contract cancellation or notice periods are governed by the terms of your individual service agreement.
• In case of an absent guard, a replacement is arranged as quickly as possible; clients should report any staffing issue directly to our control room.

Liability

Singh Securities Services takes staff verification, training and supervision seriously as part of delivering a reliable service. The specific scope of liability, insurance coverage and indemnity applicable to your engagement is defined in your signed service contract. Clients are encouraged to review these terms carefully before deployment and to raise any questions with our team.
